In the field of electronic housings, for example, which in the past were produced using complicated machining procedures, we have set the trend firmly towards investment castings. Our capability for casting complex housings in one piece makes it possible to integrate difficult design details such as connector penetrations, card and PCB mountings, cooling fins, slots, channels, undercuts and cavities without costly additional production operations. In addition, the HERO Premium Casting® process also ensures that high mechanical characteristics are repeatably achieved throughout every component.

Thanks to titanium's non-magnetic character and its resistance to seawater and aggressive cleaning agents, our titanium investment castings are in widespread use in navigation systems, off-shore technology and the foodstuffs industry.
